黑龙江三江美术职业学院是经黑龙江省政府批准、教育部备案、归属于黑龙江省教育厅领导的一所集造型艺术、设计艺术、动画艺术、服装艺术、美术理论研究和计算机辅助设计为一体的国家普通高等学校，是黑龙江省唯一纳入国家招生计划的美术学院，在全国美术学院中排名第十位。

学院位于佳木斯市西郊大来社区，依山傍水，花香鸟语，自然环境优美。占地380余亩，拥有专任教师122人，其中教授、副教授40人，双师型教师达到68%；学院设立4个系，开设16个专业，每个专业都建有校内实习基地和校企合作单位，在"工学结合"上取得了扎实有效的结果；为拓宽学生视野，提升教学质量，学院在北京与大连建立了2个教学实习基地，为学生成才、就业提供了保障；学院不断完善办学条件，如今学生的生均占地面积为120平方米，生均建筑面积为18平方米，生均住宿面积为6.5平方米，生均实践场所面积为17平方米，所有教学场所均实现多媒体或一体化教学，计算机软件与电脑辅助设计教学实现人手一台计算机，为培养"一专多能"的实用型艺术设计人才创造了良好条件。

黑龙江三江美术职业学院自1980年创办以来，风风雨雨，已经走过了31个年头，31年来，学院为人才培养所做出的不懈努力，得到了社会的广泛认可。近万名毕业生全部就业，在社会上赢得了良好声誉，用人单位普遍反映，三江美院的毕业生基础扎实、动手能力强，富有开拓创新精神，发展潜力较大，学院被誉为“培养艺术设计人才的摇篮”，并荣获“全国高校先进单位”称号。新华社、中央电视台等国内数十家新闻媒体先后报道我院的办学事迹。联合国教科文组织比利时、日本、美国等国的教育代表团在国家部委及省市领导、专家、学者的陪同下来院参观访问、洽淡合作，三江美院已步入国际职业教育交流行列。

Heilongjiang Sanjiang Arts Vocational College is approved by the Heilongjiang Provincial Government, Ministry of Education for the record, attributed to Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Education, led a set of plastic arts, design arts, animation art, clothing art, art theory, research and computer-aided integrated national average colleges and universities. Our college is the only academy of arts into the national enrollment plan, and in the national academy of arts is ranked tenth.

The College is located in Jiamusi city to the western suburbs of large communities. Moutain and water surrounded, birds sing and flowers radiate their fragrance. It covers an area of more than 380 acres of land, with 122 full-time teachers, including 40 professors and associate professors, two qualified teachers, 68%; the College sets up four Departments, 10 specialties, practice bases have built in schools and school-enterprise cooperation unit each specialty.
